What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead on updating our social media presence as we continue to grow. This will include defining the overall strategy and KPIs, conceptualising and creating content, repurposing existing content, interacting with and learning from our community, managing designers and other contractors where necessary, and liaising with other members of our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing social purpose business, accelerate your development through a set of challenging assignments, and see the impact of your work on hundreds of thousands of people across the world. This is a part-time, freelance role, starting at 4-6 hours / week that can be crafted around your other commitments.

Requirements
You are:
- Passionate about the subjects of career change, life transitions and doing fulfilling work – likely through having made a career transition yourself
- A social media native: you actively use multiple social media channels in a personal and professional context
- Experienced in bringing strategic insights about how best to use social media to consumer-facing brands
- Someone who has demonstrated experience in conceptualising, planning and creating high-impact channel-specific content, particularly on LinkedIn, X and Instagram
- Confident in how to use AI tools to accelerate high quality social media production
- A skilled and versatile writer, able to pen concise, on-brand copy
- Uber-reliable in terms of your ability to deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines
