What's the opportunity?
We're looking for an exceptional part-time Marketing Manager to help lead the marketing of our workshops and courses as we continue to grow. In so doing, you'll accelerate your leadership and development, have fun with our entrepreneurial team, and see the impact of your work on thousands of people across the world. This is a fully-flexible remote contract role starting at 1.5 days / week, with the potential to increase hours subject to performance.

Requirements
You are:
- Passionate about the subject of career change and doing fulfilling work
- Someone's who created and successfully delivered on the marketing strategy for a business that delivers its services online
- Experienced interacting with and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, including ad specialists, content producers, designers and developers
- An outstanding communicator: you're highly articulate, you love storytelling, and you're empathetic to the challenges our audience are facing
- Highly confident in email marketing, including being a strong copywriter
- Confident and experienced in managing social media channels
- Creative in coming up with, and testing, new marketing approaches
- Strongly data-driven in both your ability to track and then act on metrics
- Ambitious in the impact you want to create in the world -- and your desire to continually learn and grow in your role
- Comfortable working in a remote team
- Excited about working for a social purpose company
